Question - I just recently placed an order for parts two days ago from your website. They were delivered by UPS today! Thank you for the fast service!
What's your secret?
Answer- Thank you for the compliment. It is actually the way we designed our warehouse for maximum efficiency. We have set up the warehouse in sections where the parts bins are located. For example, The Parts Bin can be filled with All OEM Parts or All Saab Parts in one Auto Zone in the Warehouse. When the order is picked, the picker uses a specially designed parts bin to place all of the parts that you order in this bin, so that your order can not be confused with another. We actually use an import parts bin that was designed for an auto parts wholesale company in Europe. One of the most popular is the Benz bin, which is used for; you guessed it Mercedes Benz parts.
Question - I need to buy parts for my Volvo. Why don't you carry New and used Volvo parts?
Answer- because we buy our Volvo parts direct. In all cases we can sell you new Volvo parts for less then you can usually find them used.
Question- I own a domestic car as well as an import car. Do you have parts for domestic cars?
Answer - No I'm sorry. We specialize in import parts only. Here is a quote from a recent email we received from a customer. "Thank you for sending out my order for BMW and Toyota parts so fast! You guys are the foreign parts place!
Question - Do you sell Auto Parts Wholesale?
Answer- yes we do. We sell BMW parts wholesale, Volvo parts wholesale, VW parts wholesale, Honda Parts wholesale, just to name a few.
Question - I was recently shopping for parts for my BMW, you have a great selection of bimmer parts. Do you have the same selection of parts for other cars ?
Answer- Yes, our staff has over 100 years of combined experience in the import parts industry. We know where to buy the best foreign parts on the market.
Question - I was very impressed that I could order parts for my 2002 Volvo, some of the other websites that I visited did not even have my car listed.
Can you explain why?
Answer - We try to stay as up to date as possible. Again this is because of our experience in the import parts business. We want to have the best selection of Foreign car parts online available for our customers.
